dear friends of Green Brigades,

I am always very pleased to read your journal Green Brigades on ecological and social affairs of Poland.

By means of your compilation of texts of polish environmental clubs and NGOs I get a deep insight what is going on.

I think organizations like Green Brigades which act as NGOs - and not only parties - are really necessary to inform the public about the alternative ways to become a sustainable economy. Economical growth on the costs of ecological damage will not lead to a good future.

I have visited your country several times from Silesia to the Baltic and have seen a lot of landscapes of high diversity.

Thanks to some Esperanto-friends and friends of our twinning city Bierun, near Katowice, I have got good personal relations to your country.

I try to learn polish language - but it's very hard to find out the right pronounciation.

I wish You, Your Green Brigades and to Poland a good and sustainable future.

Empfehlung:

Der Verlag Grüne Brigaden ist mir seit mindestens fünf Jahren bekannt. Durch die Herausgabe der gut gestalteten "Green Brigades", weitgehend Übersetzungen und Zusammenfassungen ökologischer Texte von polnischen Umweltschutzgruppen ins Englische, hat er europaweite Brücken geschlagen.

Eine Förderung der deutsch-polnischen nachbarschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit in ökologischer Hinsicht und darüber hinaus - Ökologie hat ja immer auch mit Ökonomie und Politik zu tun - wird von mir wärmstens empfohlen. Die Herausgabe von Büchern in beiden Sprachen, die nicht auf reinen Kommerz abzielen, ist zur gegenseitigen Information erforderlich.

Ich kann also eine Förderung des Verlages Grüne Brigaden zur Herausgabe von Texten in deutsch und polnisch nur empfehlen.
